Zehra Uzay is an entrepreneur who starts, buys, builds and invests in businesses in a vast range of industries. She has an extensive knowledge and over six years of experience in commercial construction. She and the teams she's worked with have successfully delivered commercial construction projects valuing from $1.2m to $21.5m.

Her construction work allows her to develop effective negotiation and efficiency skills, which has translated to her being able to start and build businesses. Her leadership style reflects her problem solving, inclusivity, decisiveness and strategic thinking abilities. As a young entrepreneur and investor her vision and creativity are reflected in her innovative ventures where she can adapt to evolving landscapes, anticipate industry trends, and lead teams to exceed expectations.

Zehra has a strong network, in which it extends to multiple industries. She travels around the world and continues to find opportunities globally in first world nations where world known fairs are held and countries that fly under the radar.

She is a co-founder of Sol Partners, which holds multiple coffee brands including Tramstop Coffee, which is a franchise model. Sol Partners is a company that is always looking to scale and expand its operations locally, nationally and globally.

She is an advocate and believer of creating and adding value with all her involvements by creating opportunities for communities to better, businesses to collaborate and individuals to grow. Her aim is to create sustainable, effective and efficient practices that have a positive impact on the world.

Zehra is also part of a mentorship program by a world known global mentor, investor, philanthropist and best selling author, Aaron Sansoni. She has developed and continues to develop connections in all industries, which allows her to build an invaluable network. She values growth and development both on personal and business levels.
